Community Organzing
The Consensus Organizing Model has its base in the asset-oriented approach to community organizing. Positive attributes are considered leverage for building relationships among communities.
Our Administrative philosophy provides help in Seven Core Areas: Governing & Planning, Leading for Results, Empowering People, Marketing the Mission, Managing Financials, Developing Resources and Driving Technology.
Our mentoring program is developed around the Six Staves of Character: Mission, Love, Stewardship, Wisdom, Community and Discipline and Character Count’s Six Pillars of Character
It is the vision of I’m Third Ministries that we can impact the character of local students and community residents through mentoring, administration and teaching the Consensus Organizing Model as a tool to be used to effect community improvements and connect previously disjointed groups to form positive partnerships.
